Please read these Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy carefully before using GameForce. By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

By accessing and using GameForce's tactical intelligence overlay software and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
GameForce grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these terms. Enterprise licenses are subject to separate agreements.
You agree to use GameForce in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use our services to engage in cheating, hacking, or any activities that violate game publisher terms of service or provide unfair competitive advantages beyond analytical insights.
GameForce collects gameplay data, performance metrics, and usage analytics to provide and improve our services. All data collection is performed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
We collect information necessary to provide our services, including gameplay statistics, performance metrics, account information, and technical data such as device specifications and software configurations.
Your information is used to deliver analytics overlays, improve our algorithms, personalize your experience, and communicate service updates. We employ machine learning to enhance predictive features while maintaining user privacy.
GameForce implements industry-standard security measures including encryption, secure data transmission, and regular security audits. Enterprise clients benefit from additional security features including SOC 2 compliance and dedicated infrastructure.
We do not sell your personal data. Information may be shared with service providers who assist in operations, when required by law, or with your explicit consent. Team administrators have access to team member analytics as part of enterprise features.
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data. Enterprise users may contact their team administrator. Individual users can manage data through account settings or by contacting support@lyragame.com.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
GameForce is designed as an analytical tool to improve gameplay through data insights, not as a cheating mechanism. Users must comply with all game publisher terms of service and fair play policies.
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, GameForce is provided 'as is' without warranties. We are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or any indirect damages arising from service use.
GameForce is not affiliated with any game publishers. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of analytical tools complies with game-specific terms of service. We are not liable for account actions taken by game publishers.
Our maximum liability to you for any claims related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
GameForce reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes affecting paid services.
These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notifications.
We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose security risks. Users may terminate their accounts at any time through account settings.
Enterprise clients operate under separate Master Service Agreements (MSA) that supersede these standard terms where applicable. Contact enterprise@lyragame.com for custom enterprise agreements.
Enterprise clients receive guaranteed uptime SLAs, priority support response times, and dedicated technical account management as specified in their enterprise agreement.
Enterprise clients processing personal data receive dedicated Data Processing Agreements (DPA) ensuring GDPR, CCPA, and other regulatory compliance.
